Proposed Harvest Visitors/Activity Center

  • Harvest for Humanity is proposing a Visitors/Activity Center, a Blueberry Store, after school programs, and planned recreational activities. The Center has a welcome/living room, computer center, banquet facilities, kitchen and covered porch. All mailboxes are located at the Activity Center.
  • The Center is not an Association common area and parcel owners are under no obligation to maintain the facilities. Use of the Center shall be permitted at the sole and unfettered discretion of Harvest and is non exclusive in nature. It is the intent to develop a cooperative relationship between Harvest, the parcel owners, and their Association. Please note that this is a proposal by Harvest for Humanity on it's own property and not an improvement promised by the subdivider.
  • Both Jubilation Development Corporation and Harvest for Humanity, Inc. are non-profit Florida Corporations. It is the intent of the Jubilation Development Corporation to convey to Harvest for Humanity, Inc. the Blueberry U-Pick Tract, the Activity Center Tract and the Maintenance Area Tract. It is the intent of Harvest for Humanity to develop these tracts in the manner proposed but Harvest is under no legal obligation to do so. They are proposals only.
