Jubilation Model Homes to Open Soon February 2002- Immokalee, Florida. Immokalee's newest homeownership neighborhood community called Jubilation, located at the northeast comer of Lake Trafford and Carson Roads, is completing its first model homes. Jubilation consists of 40 garden home 2-bedroom 2-bath condominiums; 40 patio home 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2 car garage zero lot line single family homes; and, 9 fully improved 1/4 lots for custom homes. The outstanding Garden Homes are both quiet and private. They offer convenient first floor living or the extra security of second floor living. Each home has a private ground floor entry. Pre-construction prices start at $69,500 for the Garden Home condominiums, The first building will be complete for viewing in May 2002 The single-family Patio Homes are offered with two floor plans and your choice of three different rooflines and color schemes to personalize the home.
